Servo Drives HL75/76 with synchronizaton replacement with CHAMPDCB3S


CHAMPDCB3S servo drive replaces Wescan HL75/76 3 axes amplifiers in cases 3rd axis is used for synchronization.

CHAMPDCB3S digital servo drive is designed to eliminate the use of expensive resolvers and use only one extra encoder for Y2 axis.

CHAMPDCB3S three axes servo drive includes:

  • One Preamp module (blue module CHAXN002V)
  • One Power Supply module (green module CHAXN004V)
  • Three Output modules (red modules CHAXN001V)
  • Synchro module CHDIGSYNN
  • One Motor Power Transformer - 1000VA
  • Two low voltage Power Transformer - 75VA
  • Two 22000MF/100v capacitors
  • New box with labor
  • One module bracket plate
  • Cable form (inside box cable form)

Notes:

Cable form provides connections between modules, transformers, capacitors, fuses and connectors - that is between:
  • one 37 pin plastic connector (CNC, aux. power and main power);
  • three 4 pin plastic motor connectors;
  • one 14 pin encoders plastic connector;
  • three fuses for power transformers;
  • one ground connector;
    • Servo drive provides drive enable for both axes simultaneously by default. If the customer wants to enable different axes at different times, then we need to make a customized servo drive. Estop drive input is added.
    The New CHAMPDCB3S servo drive replaces HL75/76 servo drive, with a dual gentry synchronization (the third axes on this servo drive is only for dual gentry synchronization).
